I am based near Winchester UK, and provide bespoke hypnotherapy sessions one to one in my home consultation room, or via online Zoom. Sessions designed to help you achieve your desired outcomes, and support you reaching your goals.

I have over twenty years experience working with teenagers in residential therapeutic settings, I am able to quickly build a relaxed and positive  relationship based on my unique ability to connect with young people and adults. 

I specialise in anxiety /stress based issues, incorporating cognitive behaviour therapy, and mindfulness techniques within the hypnotherapy sessions.

Anxiety can be described as a natural response the brain uses to warn us of a threat, at times our mind confuses a perceived threat as a real threat, this moves us into 'fight or flight', our body becomes hyper alert, which left unchecked causes high anxiety states to impact on our day to day lives, and with it unpleasant physical reactions such as poor sleep, irritability, headaches, digestion problems, and worse case scenario over-thinking.

Hypnotherapy helps by accessing the subconscious mind, and utilising  the mind body link to recalibrate problematic fear responses.

Individual sessions last up to an hour, charged at £55, one to one in my home consultation room, or via online Zoom.

Anxiety and stress based issues will normally require six sessions for effective long-term change.

**A block of three sessions can be booked in advance for a discounted price of £150.
